Warranty

DEVI Underfloor (InSlab and Undertile), Trace and Self Limiting heating elements have a 10 year Warranty from date of purchase. For all Thermostats and other DEVI products (including Radiant Ceiling (Hi & Lo Temp) and Wall heaters), the warranty period is 2 years.

When it is not practical to install underfloor heating, Devi Heatings' Comfortline Radiant Panel or Radiant Foil heating systems may be just the solution.

Devi Heating Systems have changed their underfloor heating cables to TWIN CONDUCTOR to combat the electromagnetic effect created by a single core cable.

Twin conductor heating cable sets the international standard for cable safety and is the only type of cable used for electric underfloor installations in Scandanavia and many European countries that rely on underfloor heating as a primary heat source in domestic installations.

While single conductor cable has been the industry norm in New Zealand for many years and is standards approved under the international IEC 60800 standard, New Zealand has sometimes been a market for low-spec heating cable, some of which would not be sold in other places.

Twin conductor cable is a vastly superior solution and architects and contractors can now standardise on a design that is simply the best that money can buy - and at no extra cost.

Twin conductor cable has only one cold tail (connecting lead) so it is also faster and easier to install while slashing radiation emissions to less than one percent of single conductor cable.
