Introducing an intelligent, digital solution for optimised ice and snow melting.

Devireg™ 850 is the most optimal solution for keeping up to 2 independent areas or free of ice and snow and it is possible to prioritise which area gets first consideration - very useful when power supply is limited. The system is controlled by measuring a combination of the temperature and the moisture level. By including the moisture measurement, up to 75% less power is required to achieve the desired ice/snow melting requirement. The system will only start the heating when both low temperature and a certain level of moisture are detected. This energy saving system significantly reduces running costs.

Functions

DIN rail electronic thermostat with (external) DIN rail 24V power supply.
Working temperature range for sensors: Ground -30ºC to 70ºC : Roof -50ºC to 70ºC
Three 16-amp relays – total maximum of 30 amps. One of the relays can be used for an external alarm.
Adjustable operating mode: Automatic; Constant ON (manual timer); Manually OFF
Adjustable parameters: Melting temperature; Basic temperature; Moisture sensitivity; Post heating period.
Adjustable language display.
View actual sensor measurements. View the actually temperature and moisture level for the sensors.
Info-button for help/information. The info-button will guide you through all the different menus and settings.
Alarm function. Allows connection to an external alarm. Red light indicator will blink when alarm stats occurs.
Fault finding function. The devireg™ 850 has a self diagnosing program, which will detect faults - faulty sensor, clogged drains etc. - and will show an alarm warning - an external alarm may also be fitted.
devinet™ enabled.
devibus™ enabled. Connect the sensors in parallel and install only one cable back to the devireg™850. This cable can be extended for up to at 400 meters.
RS232 enabled. Connect the devireg™850 to a computer when appropriate software is available.
Two intelligent, digital sensors – one to detect when the surface needs to be heated up, and the other one to detect when the surface is dry. This will reduce energy consumption and give optimal protection against ice.
